You are buying a package of 10 residential leads.
After purchasing the leads, your account manager will get in touch with you in regards to the target area.
After gathering all the information we will start calling on your behalf as soon as you are ready to start running inspections.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
LIMIT 3 CREDITS
Due to the fact that was not able to do complete the inspection if they meet the following criteria:
- The homeowner was not present at the time of inspection.
- Denied access to the property.
- Signed contract with another company.
All credits will be rejected if they meet the following criteria:
- Inspector was late to the inspection at the scheduled time.
- Not providing the outcome information of appointment within 24 hours of the time of inspection.
- Not showing up to the assigned appointment.
- All credits requested by the Buyer are non-money refundable and will be substituted with another lead at no cost.
- If the inspection was canceled due to weather conditions or if the Buyer needs to reschedule the appointment due to the fact that the homeowner was not present at the time of inspection, for quality purposes the Buyer needs to notify the Company in order to reschedule with the homeowner. Lead can only be rescheduled twice and by the Company.
- If the Buyer completes an inspection and submits a credit request, quality control will follow up with the customer to confirm the outcome of the inspection. If the outcome was successful credit will be disputed and charge double.
- For quality and feedback purposes a follow-up call will be made to the homeowner after the time of inspection.
